Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges are cheerfully accepted on full price items for up to 14 days from purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not issue credit card refunds as part of our normal return policy but will issue you a store credit or exchange. 
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if shipped.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Sale items marked down 25% or more

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

In store purchases, returns are for store credit only. 
Online purchases, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Online Shipping Policy

At Kaly, it's our goal to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! All orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Please note that we reserve the right to further verify any order's payment method, which may cause a delay in shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working.

Please keep in mind, once we've handed off your order to the USPS, we are no longer responsible for your package. If you have questions about the location of your package while in transit, please contact the USPS at www.usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS. Furthermore, we are not responsible for packages that have been marked "delivered" by the USPS. Please be sure you are shipping to a secure location. We also recommend checking with your family members and neighbors to make sure they did not receive it by mistake.

In addition, we cannot guarantee delivery times. There may be delays due to weather, holidays, etc. Listed below are estimates only.

  •  Flat Rate - $7 shipping charge based on items weighing under 1lb and within normal shipping envelope/box dimensions. 

  •  Flat Rate - $9 shipping charge based on items weighing under 2lbs

    and within normal shipping envelope/box dimensions. 

  • Flat Rate - $12 shipping charge based on items weighing over 2lbs

    and within normal shipping envelope/box dimensions. 

  • Express Flat Rate - $9 shipping charge based on items weighing under 1lb

    and within normal shipping envelope/box dimensions.  

  •  Express Flat Rate - $12 shipping charge based on items weighing under 2lbs

    and within normal shipping envelope/box dimensions.  

  • Express Flat Rate - $15 shipping charge based on items weighing over 2lbs

    and within normal shipping envelope/box dimensions.

  • Note: Boxes of unusual and/or larger sizes may require additional shipping.  

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, and therefore we cannot issue refunds for any upgraded shipping fee paid by the customer.

Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-ship the order to you. If you've just placed an order and you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we can get that fixed for you, as long as we haven't shipped the order yet.

Shipping is based on item weight (no packaging) in order to provide the most cost effective shipping to you. Please select the shipping method that works for you. Items may take additional handling time so a delay of up to 2 business days to process prior to shipping.
